At Pura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, including all accessories and documentation, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
